Welcome to Sabool. We value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests within 2 days of the order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must not be damaged by the customer.
  • The return request must be made within 2 days after delivery.

How to Request a Return

To claim a return or refund, customers must contact us through WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving the order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos/videos of the product (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping themselves.

Restocking Fee

A flat PKR 500 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Inspection & Refund Process

Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return conditions.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item.

Refunds may be rejected if:

  • The item is used
  • The item is damaged by the customer
  • The return request was made after 2 days of delivery
